On the advice of His Excellency the Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa to implement the “Vision of Prosperity” Development Aspirations of His Excellency the President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa, empowered to provide a comfortable home for every family, the Lunawa Sea View Residence Housing Project made the dream of owning a home with all amenities a reality for the homeless.

The 11-storey apartment complex is located at 95, Charles Place, Moratuwa, Lunawa. The first building consists of 176 houses, the second building 92 houses and the third building 88 houses. One house is 456 square feet and includes a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. Our Authority has invested Rs. 1392 million for this.

Common facilities in this housing complex are community hall, shopping mall, early childhood development center, day care center, children’s play area, elevators, eco-friendly sewer system, three-phase electricity, car park, access roads, modern fire protection system, formal solid waste. Management system, the Office of the Management Corporation for Condominium Management houses housing units located on the first floor, with a shopping mall, a pre-school and a daycare center on the ground floor.
