WEA CHIEFDOM YOUTH LEADER TRACES POLITICAL HISTORY, WARNS AGAINST "POLITICAL HUSTLERS" IN BUU-YAO

Ganta city, Nimba County Liberia— Student leader and youth advocate, Wanabah Cooper Prince Yealeagbay, has issued a strong admonishment to citizens of Buu-Yao District, particularly those of Wea Chiefdom, regarding the future leadership of the district.

In a statement addressed to compatriots of Buu-Yao, Yealeagbay delved into the political history of Wea Chiefdom, using an analogy of planting, watering, and harvesting to describe the district's leadership journey.

According to him, the foundation of Wea's political struggle was laid by Hon. Philip Wonsehlea Toweh who "planted the seed," while Hon. Peter Y.B. Weatoe, Hon. Stephen Laiglor Matoe, Hon. Alison Dahn, and Hon. Abraham Karkpor subsequently "watered it."

He then posed a critical question to the citizenry: "Now, who will harvest this leadership? Who's very influential, most strategic, ideologist, and appropriately anticipatory to enthrall Buu-Yao leadership from Wea Chiefdom?"

Yealeagbay stressed that Wea Chiefdom does not need what he termed as "political hustlers" but rather transformative leaders. He listed the qualities desired in the next leader as history makers, freedom fighters, negative history erasers, anti-corruption activists, and egalitarians, invoking figures like Bazooka and Kruah, and above all, a leader willing to sacrifice for Wea Chiefdom like Nelson Mandela in South Africa.

The Bahn-based Buu-Yao Students Leader also directly addressed the potential candidacy of Aloysius Mendee, stating that his acceptance would be conditional on his intentions.

"If Aloysius Mendee is coming with the right heart, so shall it be. But if he decides to hustle with the sweat and blood of our Wea citizens, we will flush him out of Buu-Yao," Yealeagbay warned.

He signed off as "The People's Future Leader," describing his message as a warning and admonishment for the people.
