The CIA has an abundance of American money to throw around because it's budget is a SECRET BUT TO A FEW SELECTED UNITED STATES SENATORS AND SO BECAUSE OF CORRUPTION IN THE LIBERIAN JUDICIARY SYSTEM IT BRIBES,THREATENED AND CRIMINALLY SWAYS THE LIBERIAN JUSTICE SYSTEM.
