The real money is made from investments that people are running away from... because if you can't go counter to what they think your caught up with them..‼️

But...!! What do you think is.... let's say you have some money from your monthly salary leftover and you wanna invest it, R1000.00 let's say and Ahh..! Most of the people would bring it to the pension fund or groups e.g LNIG, ALLIANCE and many more..
The reason is just because it the most diversified portfolio plan..
Well for me that's not a good pension plan because money keeps loosing value. It's true and but there's these so called the (Shadow Banking System) that's where the real game is found... that's where you can put have your money work for you.

Well when I first heard of the Shadow Banking System I found the best platform for it as forex markets (repo market) and I was toast you know? But because investor learn day by day ,is them I found the book of Babylon what what..!! En the whole thing in that book was investing in land and housing and I went oh...!! Sh...ii!! Holly

And I don't know if you know what Shadow Banking System is but there you'll find the insider investors.. but what do you think is the whole oh hell no the thing is you got to take some courses because if you want to get smart... atleast have someone with adult supervision to take you through because you can just try and invest with little or without knowledge but your toast already...🤔!

So the truth is land and housing is private equity and it is also private credit, it's not liquid and pension funds are liquid. But once you invest in rental housing it's just lifetime management that can help you thrive in every economic state...

But the whole thing is you better invest your money than give it to those communists to invest it for you while they can also turn their back on you...and without any good potential returns over many years.. investing in the shadow system can yeild you profit
