in the context of the pandemic related to the coronavirus COVID-19 and in line with the instructions announced by the Government (Grand-Ducal Regulations of 18 March 2020 introducing a series of measures in the fight against The Covid-19), we have taken a number of measures to ensure the best health of our teams, their loved ones, and our customers.

➡️As a precaution and in order to guarantee the health and safety of our customers, employees and their families, to assume our responsibility towards the community and to comply with the current regulations, we inform you that we implemented the necessary measures to work from home and give priority to phone appointments and email exchanges.

As the teams are strongly affected by these measures, only the ❗️ EMERGENCIES ❗️ will be treated as a priority: other requests will be handled as soon as possible and / or when the situation is back to normal. Nevertheless, in order to ensure the safety of everyone and the perfect hygienic condition, we would like to inform you that an additional disinfection service of the common areas of the residences we manage has been set up.

❗️ Customer Notice ❗️

Dear customers,

At Parc-Immo Gestion, we follow closely the current situation around COVID-19 and want to inform you on some important aspects:

➡️Parc-Immo will be there for our customers, even in these difficult times. We have organized our different teams so that we can ensure a permanent service in all areas. Many of our employees work from home, but are still available for you at the usual phone number.

➡ We will continue, as much as possible, to work from the Differdange office. However, our manager will no longer be making appointments in person in the next 14 days (for now). Of course, we will try to give you the best possible support, even in these difficult times, but if something does not work as you like, please contact us and we will try to find a solution as soon as possible.

➡ However, if processing requests were to take a little longer, we apologize in advance for it.
