in the context of the pandemic related to the coronavirus COVID-19 and in line with the instructions announced by the Government (Grand-Ducal Regulations of 18 March 2020 introducing a series of measures in the fight against The Covid-19), we have taken a number of measures to ensure the best health of our teams, their loved ones, and our customers.
➡️As a precaution and in order to guarantee the health and safety of our customers, employees and their families, to assume our responsibility towards the community and to comply with the current regulations, we inform you that we implemented the necessary measures to work from home and give priority to phone appointments and email exchanges.
As the teams are strongly affected by these measures, only the ❗️ EMERGENCIES ❗️ will be treated as a priority: other requests will be handled as soon as possible and / or when the situation is back to normal. Nevertheless, in order to ensure the safety of everyone and the perfect hygienic condition, we would like to inform you that an additional disinfection service of the common areas of the residences we manage has been set up.

➡️General co-owners meetings: In view of the latest developments by the coronavirus and the measures taken in the field of public health and regarding organization of activities, the GSPL and the Real Estate Chamber issue the recommendation not to convene or hold general co-owners meetings at the moment.
