We’re looking for a Finance Operations Officer (CDI) to join Vauban&Fort in Luxembourg.

If invoices, payments, reconciliations and keeping numbers exactly where they’re supposed to be are your thing… well, could you BE any more right for this job?

You’ll be working on:
• tenant & owner billing
• rent payments and overdue accounts
• security deposits
• supplier invoices and payment runs
• reconciliations and monthly reporting
• coordination with our external bookkeepers
• VAT and year-end closing support

We’re looking for someone organised, reliable and comfortable working independently. Experience in finance, accounting, bookkeeping or AR/AP is a plus.

🇬🇧 Fluent English is required
🇫🇷 French is a plus
📍 Based in Luxembourg or nearby
🚗 Driving licence is an advantage

We offer a permanent contract, fixed salary + performance bonus, room to grow, an international team and a healthy work-life balance.
