🌿 A new milestone for the Botanica project 🌿
We are pleased to announce that LuxRED has signed an agreement with Verona Development to take over the development management of the Botanica project, located in the heart of Cloche d’Or, Luxembourg.
This agreement marks a structuring step in the project’s trajectory and aims to secure the continuation of its development within a controlled framework, fully aligned with investor expectations and current market dynamics.
🏗️ Operational restart & commercial momentum
With LuxRED assuming the lead, the project is entering an active phase, enabling:
the rapid relaunch of construction works, and
the intensification of commercial discussions with end users.
The first phase is already over 20% pre-let, and several discussions are ongoing with additional occupiers — a strong signal of the project’s attractiveness and its strategic location within Cloche d’Or.
