Amatciems Amatciems is an architecturally designed village that integrates beautiful homes within nature. Loca

The community is spread over a large area – 300 ha (in the village have already been built and sold 100 houses), each plot bordering by either a lake or pond. Plots are designed for
maximum privacy; the placement of each building is carefully considered to harmoniously blend with forest and landscape. The plots don’t have fences, which allow deer, foxes, birds
and other wildlife freely move within the estate. Whilst at Amatciems we promote the true integration with nature, we also provide all modern conveniences to each dwelling. Each
plot is connected to electricity, centralized fresh water system, sewage and optical fibre cables for broadband internet. The construction company of Amatciems will build your house
from the scratch up to the roof. We also provide high qualified designer service and individual design furniture. The price for the land: 20–35 Eur/sqm, the price for the house: starting from 1400 Eur/sqm.

Iespējams labākais skats pasaulē.. un tepat Latvijā, Amatciemā 💦☀️

Probably the best view in the world… and it’s right here in Latvia, in Amatciems 🌾

Guļamistabā vēl vienu logu vajag? Nevajag? Lielāku? Mazāku? Bet varbūt tomēr citur? 😄

Mūsu sadarbības partneris Modern House ir radījis četrus savus māju projektus Amatciema ainavai.

Priecājamies redzēt, ka arvien vairāk cilvēku novērtē Amatciema unikālo dzīvesveidu 🌿

Ja vēl neesi lasījis, ieskaties rakstā un uzzini, kāpēc dzīve dabas ieskautā vidē kļūst par arvien populārāku izvēli ⬇️

Kad Aivars Zvirbulis, plašāk pazīstams kā Čiris, 2000. gadā sāka veidot Amatciemu, viņa ideja daudziem šķita neparasta. Meža, pakalnu un ūdeņu ieskautā ainavā viņš vēlējās radīt ciematu, kur mājas nevis dominē pār dabu, bet tajā organiski iekļaujas. Taču vēl tālredzīgā...
