plot is connected to electricity, centralized fresh water system, sewage and optical fibre cables for broadband internet. The construction company of Amatciems will build your house
from the scratch up to the roof. We also provide high qualified designer service and individual design furniture. The price for the land: 20–35 Eur/sqm, the price for the house: starting from 1400 Eur/sqm.
