Maquettica CEO Jānis is a hands-on leader, consistently involved in the production process and ensuring that every challenge is met with swift, thoughtful solutions.
As a family-run business, his wife Lelde is always by his side - closely overseeing ex*****on quality, actively collaborating on the best strategies for complex tasks, leading projects, and being directly involved in both design and fabrication.
Our shared, hands-on approach and solution-driven mindset form the foundation for every project we deliver and install worldwide. It’s this same spirit that defines our team and the way we approach each challenge together.
