My name is Jelica and I want to share with you my life story, which is full of emotions and love for the villa that I chose together with my family to be our second home.
Once upon a time, while as a young woman I was still fighting for a better life, working a lot, with a lot of sacrifices, wanting to give my family and myself a better life, I had big dreams, that one day I would own a beautiful villa with an unreal view of the sea and a large estate, where my family and I would enjoy.

It would be located in a central location from which I would always have the opportunity to quickly and easily visit other beauties offered by Montenegro.
As it happens in life, when you really want something, you can make it happen.
The villa we chose was on a beautiful hilly part of Budva, in the place of Prijevor, which offers a beautiful view of the sea expanse with a large property, where the very position of the villa allowed us to quickly and easily visit other beaches and other important places.


Every summer before it begins, I am overcome with quiet euphoria and joy when I think of the place and the events that await us on the Montenegrin coast, in our villa. That first moment when I step on the ground of that beautiful oasis of peace, my heart dances with happiness.
The feeling when I open the door of my villa and breathe in the fresh air of the surrounding conifers and wooded greenery mixed with the smell of the sea is indescribable.
Such a feeling of fullness of heart and soul cannot be described in words, it is felt and lives in us as long as we are on vacation.
And while the sun's rays caress the spaciousness of our villa with all the terraces, a spacious yard, filled with palm trees and greenery, my family and I feel as if we have arrived home, where every soul and heart finds its peace.
Every vacation here is special. Sometimes we decide to spend most of the day at home, on our spacious terrace enjoying all kinds of pleasures, from family dinners to playing with children and grandchildren, looking continuously at the blue sea as the sun slowly descends towards the horizon, leaving behind magical shades color in the sky.
Sometimes we surrender to the sounds of the waves, listening to them tell their story.
On the other hand, we like to explore the surrounding places that are full of discovered and undiscovered beaches, nature, magical cultural sights, discovering a rich past that intertwines with the present.
My emotional connection with this region is not only because of its natural beauty and cultural riches. It's a connection to the memories we've made as a family.
Shared moments on the beach, laughter echoing through the villa, evenings spent with plenty of delicious food and smiles we share - all this makes this place a part of us.
While we are going through the years of retired life, this villa in Prijevor has become our refuge, our oasis of love and joy.
Whenever we come here, we feel that we are surrounded by the tenderness of that space, as if it belonged to us all our lives and was destined only for us, it always welcomes us with open arms.
For me, this is not just a fairy. It is the fulfillment of dreams, a symbol of love for family and an ode to the beautiful nature of the Montenegrin coast.
Every moment spent here brings me peace and happiness, and I am deeply grateful to be able to share this precious part of my life with my loved ones.

Now that the years of my life have caught up with me and it is increasingly difficult for me to organize long trips, including spending my summer vacations in Budva, I have made a very difficult decision, that I simply have to give the villa to someone who would take care of it with the same enthusiasm and love, such as my family and I.

I hope they continue to create magical lifetime memories on such a magical property!
