So it all started in the UK buy to let residential market 24 years ago experimenting with my own money in those days (mainly the banks money!) buying that first investment property with the words location location location engrained in my head was very much the starting point. Then came the property investment consultancy listening to client's objectives providing very specific advice and making financial return assessments for those clients.
Roll forward 10 years and the story continues here in Montenegro after studying the market in Boka bay carefully investing my own money in property here, I have now decided the time is right to offer a search and advice service to English speaking buyers; designed to remove the complication of dealing with multiple estate agents and create access to the sizeable private seller market providing an unbiased insightful property buying service.
Clients do not even have to be physically in Montenegro to receive property details or carry out first viewings which in some cases are undertaken on their behalf saving money on travel and time efficiency. This is invaluable given the structure of the property market here where engaging a property surveyor is a rarity with the time between committing and completing your purchase can be just a number of days.
