Dobro opremljen supermarket, lokalna prodavnica vina i apoteka udaljene su 5 minuta voznje, kao i restoran, pekara, picerija i kafici.
Nalazite se 10 minuta voznje od starog grada Herceg Novi I na samo 50km voznje od Dubrovnika. Prelepa luka Kotor udaljena je 45km.

Lokalna autobuska stanica i taksi stajaliste su na 1,5km a glavna autobuska stanica 4,5km.

Aerodromi: Tivat 20km I Dubrovnik 45km.

A well stocked megamarket, local wine shop and pharmacy are 5 minutes drive away, as well as restaurants, baker y and pizzeria.
You are 10 minutes drive away from the Old Town Herceg Novi and only 50 km away from the Dubrovnik Old Town.
Beautiful port Kotor is 45km away.

Local bus station and taxi rank are 1,5km away and the main city bus station takes 4,5 km.
Airports: Tivat 20 km and Dubrovnik 45 km away.

Nalazite se blizu centra svih zbivanja, a opet , okruzeni planinama i zelenilom, dovoljno daleko da ne budete uznemiravani.

Zavisno o raspolozenjau toku dana, odaberite izmedju odmora u privatnoj basti, brojnih plaza i vodenih aktivnosti, ili obliznje marine odakle vas turisticki brodici pozivaju na izlete.
Ako pozelite na planinarenje – mozete uzivati na udaljenim lokacijama ili prosto krenite planinskom stazom koja je odmah izvan kapije.

Our property is a great place to run away from the crowds and rest your soul. It is less than 5 mins away drive from the beach, main attractions and night life, yet nested aside to ensure a restful stay.
The setting within a half wild walled garden and mountains gives a sense of being tucked away from the rest of the world.

It is a great location close to the centre of everything but far enough not to be disturbed.
You can choose between some privacy, beaches offering all sorts of water sport activities and the nearby marina where a boat trip or two can be taken. Feeling like hiking – you can go longer distances or follow the path just outside the gate.

Prostrano mesto za decju igru loptom, u pesku ili bazencicu, dok vi ispijate svoje pice.
Travnjak od oko 1800 m2 okruzen je raznolikim rastinjem, smokvama, lovorom I citrusnim vocem ( narandze, mandarine, grepfrut, limun ).
Ovaj prostor je odlican za sve vrste sportova, za male istrazivace ili cak kampovanje. Slobodno otvorite svoje satore.

There is plenty of space around for small children to play with the ball, in the sanbox or in the baby pool, while you enjoy your drink.
Backyard offers 1800 sqm lawn, surrounded by different kinds of trees, plants, laurel, figs and citrus fruits ( orange, mandarine, grapefruit, lemon).
This is a great area for all kind of sports, for the little explorers or camping. You are welcomed to open your tents here.

Free parking lot is in the yard.

Ispred kuce je velika zelena basta sa tusem. Carobno mesto za rani dorucak, rucak u bogatoj senci vinove loze ili veceru pod otvorenim nebom.

In front of the house is a large garden with outdoor shower. It is a beautiful place to have an early breakfast, lunch in the rich shadow or even dinner under the sky.

Oba sprata imaju zasebne kapije i ulaze. U dvoristu je dodatni ulaz za automobile.
Zasebne kapije omogucavaju starima i licima sa posebnim potrebama da sasvim izbegnu stepen*ste.
Gornji sprat poseduje terasicu sa stolom za dvoje. Tu se mozete suncati ili uzivati u pogledu, mirisima i jutarnjoj kafi.

Each floor has separate gates and entrances, and there is additional gate for cars.
Separate gates give the opportunity to elderly and disabled to completly avoid the stairs.
Upper floor has its own nice terrace with a coffee table for two. Here you can get some suntan or steal a quiet morning or evening moment.

Na drugom spratu je spavaca soba ( francuski lezaj, osvetljenje u boji po izboru), mali dnevni boravak ( sa duplim lezajem), kupatilo ( wc, tus kabina, masina za ves), frizider.

Na raspolaganju su peskiri i posteljina.
Pegla i daska za peglanje.
Bebi krevetac dostupan po zahtevu.

Second floor has bedroom ( king size bed, atmosphere lights), small living room ( with king size bed), small kitchen area ( fridge, kettle) and bathroom (WC, shower, washing machine) .
Bath towels are provided, as well as sheets and bedding.
Iron and ironing board at your disposal.
Baby cot available upon request.

Na prvom spratu je spavaca soba sa velikim francuskim lezajem, prostran dnevni boravak sa sofom koja se otvara u krevet za dvoje, dobro opremljena kuhinja ( ringle, rerna, zamrzivac, frizider, kuvalo za vodu, sokovnik, toster, mikser) I kupatilo ( wc I kada). Na raspolaganju je racunar sa pristupom internetu.

First floor has master bedroom with king size bed, spacious living/dining room with sofa (opens to double bed), full eqipped kitchen (stove, oven, big freezer, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, juicer, toaster, mixer) and bathroom ( WC, tub ). Computer and internet access. Shutters on the windows.

Kuca ima dva sprata, sa zasebnim ulazima, veliku bastu I travnjak od oko 1800 m2. Cela kuca je dobro klimatizovana. Udobni kreveti sa novim dusecima.

The house has two floors, with separate entrances, and huge garden space. The entire house is well air conditioned. Comfortable beds with new mattresses.
