In Montenegro, anyone could wake up, open an real estate agency (or just get up from bed) and start advising people on how to invest hundreds of thousands of euros 💶
• No real estate experience
• No license
• No accountability
And suddenly, they become "experts" on investments, projects, rental yields, and property flipping 🤯
If this happened in finance or private equity, it would be called professional negligence.
In real estate? It was somehow normal 🏠
