အရေးပေါ်သတိပေးချက် - Google Account များ လုံခြုံရေးအတွက် မဖြစ်မနေ ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်

လက်ရှိ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင် Google Account အသုံးပြုသူများအတွက် အရေးကြီးသော လုံခြုံရေးဆိုင်ရာ ပြဿနာတစ်ရပ် ကြုံတွေ့နေရပြီဖြစ်ကြောင်း သတိပေးနှိုးဆော်အပ်ပါသည်။ Google မှ မြန်မာဖုန်းနံပါတ်များသို့ Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) အတွက် လိုအပ်သော OTP (One-Time Password) Code များ ပေးပို့ခြင်းကို ရပ်ဆိုင်းလိုက်ပါပြီ။

ယခုအခါ Google Account အသစ်ဖွင့်လှစ်ခြင်း၊ သို့မဟုတ် ရှိပြီးသား Google Account များသို့ ပြန်လည်ဝင်ရောက်ခြင်း (Login) ပြုလုပ်ရာတွင် 2FA Code များ မိမိတို့၏ ဖုန်းနံပါတ်များသို့ ရောက်ရှိတော့မည် မဟုတ်တော့ပါ။

2FA Code မရရှိပါက Gmail, Google Drive, Google Photos စသည့် Google ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများအားလုံးကို လုံးဝဝင်ရောက်နိုင်တော့မည် မဟုတ်ပါ။ ထို့အပြင် Google Account နှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်ထားသော Facebook, Youtube,
TikTok နှင့် အခြားသော လူမှုကွန်ရက်နှင့် Application အကောင့်များစွာကိုလည်း Login ဝင်ရောက်ရန် ခက်ခဲခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် အပြီးအပိုင် ဆုံးရှုံးရနိုင်ခြင်းများ ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာနိုင်ပါသည်။

အဘယ်ကြောင့်ဆိုသော် အဆိုပါ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုအများစုသည် Google Account မှတဆင့် လုံခြုံရေး စစ်ဆေးမှုများ ပြုလုပ်ရန် လိုအပ်သောကြောင့် ဖြစ်သည်။

အရေးကြီးသော အချက်အလက်များ၊ ဓာတ်ပုံများ၊ ဗီဒီယိုများ စသည်တို့ကို Google Drive သို့မဟုတ် Google Photos တွင် သိမ်းဆည်းထားပါက Account ဝင်ရောက်ခွင့်မရတော့ခြင်းကြောင့် ဆုံးရှုံးနိုင်ပြီး၊ Account လုံခြုံရေးအားနည်းသွားပါက ကိုယ်ရေးကိုယ်တာ အချက်အလက်များ ယိုစိမ့်မှုအန္တရာယ်နှင့်လည်း ရင်ဆိုင်ရနိုင်သည်။

အထက်ပါ ပြဿနာများကို ကြိုတင်ကာကွယ်နိုင်ရန်အတွက် သုံးစွဲသူများအနေဖြင့် မိမိတို့၏ Google Account များတွင် Google မှ တရားဝင်ထုတ်လုပ်ထားသော Google Authenticator App ကို အသုံးပြု၍ 2FA လုံခြုံရေးကို အခုကတည်းက ချိတ်ဆက်အသုံးပြုကြရန် အထူးတိုက်တွန်းနှိုးဆော်အပ်ပါသည်။

Google Authenticator App ၏ အားသာချက်များ-

Code များရရှိရန် အင်တာနက်ချိတ်ဆက်မှု သို့မဟုတ် ဖုန်းလိုင်း ရှိရန် မလိုအပ်ပါ။ App က သင့်ဖုန်းတွင် တခါသုံးကုဒ်များကို အလိုအလျောက် ထုတ်ပေးမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

SMS မှတစ်ဆင့် Code ပေးပို့ခြင်းထက် ပိုမိုလုံခြုံပြီး SIM Swap Attack ကဲ့သို့သော ဟက်ကာတိုက်ခိုက်မှုများမှ ကာကွယ်ပေးနိုင်သည်။

Google Account သာမက Google Authenticator ကို ပံ့ပိုးသည့် အခြားသော ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများ (ဥပမာ- Facebook, Microsoft, Amazon, Binance စသည်) အတွက်လည်း 2FA အဖြစ် အသုံးပြုနိုင်သည်။
