ABOUT BATZUL GERELSAIKHAN
Based in Hong Kong and Mongolia, Batzul Gerelsaikhan is the Public Relations Director at Asia Pacific Investment Partners (“APIP") and Mongolian Properties LLC. She is also the Editor of the annual "Mongolia - Real Estate Report" and bi-annual “Mongolian Properties - Real Estate Guide”. Besides public relations and editorials, Batzul specialises in luxury property sales and rentals in Ulaanbaatar with a track record of 3.7 billion tugrik sales and 327 million tugrik rental commission.
Batzul represents longtime local and international individuals, families, embassies and organisations along with an expanding group of clients who value her expertise in real estate investment, distressed assets and finance. Her formidable database of buyers and sellers in Ulaanbaatar provides local and international clients with maximum exposure to attractive deals.
In recognition of her accomplishments, Batzul was ranked among Forbes #30under30 in 2017; and she became the first Mongolian real estate agent to be featured on RETalk Asia.
Batzul has a finance background as she began her career with PwC and SkyPath Partners in Mongolia before moving into real estate sector in Hong Kong. Her experience is informed by the booming and also recession years of 2012-2019 in Mongolia.
