Dear friends and followers, we would like to tell you that our exciting, long-term project is taking shape.

Charlotte de Trafford and Marina Fabic with her mother Britt-Marie Fabic, have been curating wonderful photos and original menus and recipes from the times of the beloved Villa Kitchen. A book is taking shape and we will keep you posted on how we're getting on!

Dear all, Happy New Year!

It's been a while since we've posted, as we have been busy refurbishing the cafe.

I, Marina am going to take on new roles at the Villa including the shop and tours. Let me introduce our new manager, Rachel de Trafford Sjoberg, who is a fantastic cook and hostess. She will be re-opening the Villa Kitchen cafe in the near future when refurb is complete.
