🏡 Thinking about renting in Malta? Here’s what I always tell my clients:

✅ Long lets are the sweet spot for most people staying more than 6 months—better prices, more flexibility.

✅ Ask before you sign. Always confirm if utilities, internet, and maintenance are included. Some listings look cheaper than they are.

✅ Location changes everything. Central areas like Sliema and St. Julian’s are popular, but there are great finds in places like Gzira, Msida, or even Mellieħa if you’re after peace and quiet.

Malta’s rental market moves quickly, but a little preparation makes all the difference.
