Portofino Developments Ltd. is seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Visualiser & Draughtsperson to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

* Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailing drawings.
* Produce high-quality 3D renders and visual presentations for residential and commercial developments.
* Develop architectural concepts into detailed presentation material.
* Assist with planning application drawings and construction documentation.
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers.
* Update drawings and renders according to client and project requirements.

Requirements

* Proficiency in AutoCAD.
* Experience with 3D modelling and rendering software such as SketchUp, Lumion, Twinmotion, Enscape, 3ds Max, or similar.
* Strong attention to detail and presentation quality.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
* Previous experience in architectural drafting and visualisation is preferred.
* Knowledge of local construction methods and planning requirements is considered an asset.

Portofino Group is seeking a reliable and hardworking Driver / Delivery Man to join our team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

* Deliver materials, tools, and supplies to various construction sites across Malta.
* Collect materials from suppliers and merchants.
* Assist with the loading and unloading of materials.
* Ensure deliveries are completed safely and on time.
* Maintain delivery records and collection notes.
* Keep company vehicles clean and in good condition.
* Support site teams with general logistics when required.

Requirements

* Valid Maltese driving licence.
* Good knowledge of roads and locations around Malta.
* Ability to lift and handle construction materials.
* Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
* Basic communication skills in Maltese and/or English.
* Previous experience in deliveries, construction, or logistics will be considered an asset.

Delivery drivers are typically responsible for safe transportation of goods, route planning, loading/unloading, and maintaining delivery records.
