Responsibilities for Graphic Design Specialist
• Managing the Company’s proposals from typesetting through to design, print and production.
• Working with Company’s clients, briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format, print production and timescales.
• Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos and websites.
• Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size.
• Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief.
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.
• Solving creative problems regarding advertising the Real Estate Properties.

Qualifications for Graphic Design Specialist
• 3 years or more experience in the field of Graphic Design.
• Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software (Adobe Package including Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) and AutoCAD.
• Exceptional creativity and innovation.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• An understanding of the lastest trends and their role within a commercial environment.
• Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.

Responsibilities for Digital Marketing executive
Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization
Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used
Coordinate with sales team to create marketing campaigns
Content creation and optimisation
Ads management and optimisation
Maintain digital dashboard of several different accounts
Prepare emails to send out to customers
Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success
Create and maintain online listings across the online channels
Ensure that the brand message is consistent
Qualifications for Digital Marketing executive
2+ Years of Experience in Digital Marketing
Experience executing paid social media campaigns
Bachelor's degree in marketing or business
Knowledge of Analytical tools (FB insights, Google analytics and GTM)
Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as (Canvas, Adobe)
Incredible attention to detail
Full understanding of all social media platforms
Problem solving skills
Knowledge of content management systems
Experience in sales would be an asset
Must be fluent in English and French or Spanish
