The MultiBase G63 is an independent stack parker that fits in garages with a minimum height of 4.8m and requires a minimum pit depth of 3.35m. This system comes in both single and double platform configurations allowing up to six parking spaces in one system in a very small space. All vehicles park horizontally and independently of each other.

The MultiBase G63 is also available as an outdoor version using robust technology for all weather protection thereby saving on garage construction costs.

The system accommodates vehicles of up to 2 tonnes and 1.7m in height in a space-saving manner and is ideal for storing vehicles or for daily vehicle use. In building projects, basement levels can be reduced to one saving time and money on the project.

ParkBoard PQ pallets move individual cars sideways.

A powerful electric motor moves the parking pallet on rails at the push of a button freeing access to the desired parking space. This parking system allows better use of parking space by allowing cars to be parked a few centimetres apart and in multiple rows without the need for any driving aisles between rows.

The result is a space saving parking configuration which increases the number of car spaces and reduces the area used for car circulation.

ParkBoard PE pallets move individual cars lengthwise and work in the same manner as the ParkBoard PQ pallets.

Both systems can be planned into new buildings and also retrofitted into existing underground or multi-storey car parks.

The SingleUp 3015 seen here is being used for classic car storage and long term parking.

Buildings or warehouses with a minimum height of 5.6m can accommodate this parking system. The required height can be limited to the footprint of the Parkers thereby optimising space in the rest of the building as in the case of the Bentley Parkers.

Car hire companies, car service centres and car dealerships can benefit from the use of this parking system with its space saving configuration.

The SingleUp 3015 is the Stack Parker with 3 parking levels. With a minimum garage height of 5.6m, it can accommodate three mid-range vehicles in a very small space - ideal for the car dealership, the car hire business or the classic car collector.

The parking platforms of the entire system are accessed from below. The lower parking space must be clear to lower and use the upper platforms. The upper platforms are therefore suitable for long-term parking, e.g. exhibition or stored vehicles, the lower parking space is accessible at all times for short-term parking.

The basement car park of this residential development uses the MultiBase 2072i to provide 42 independent car spaces on one basement level. The required space to achieve this is equivalent to 21 oversized conventional car spaces side by side.

The advantages of this parking system are as follows:

1. Reduced parking area/volume needed (saves 30% to 50% of basement volume) freeing up space for more valuable uses in the building.
2. Reduced number of parking basement levels saving time and money building (especially useful where excavation may be limited due to sea level or archaeological findings).

The MultiBase 2072i is an independent stack parker that fits in garages with a minimum height of 3.2m and requires a minimum pit depth of 1.7m. For garages with a minimum height of 2.9m the MultiBase 2078i variant can be used.

The parker allows vehicles to be parked independently by lowering the bottom platform into the pit it sits in. It is available in a single or double platform configuration that allows two or four cars to be parked independently.

The system accommodates vehicles of up to 3 tonnes and 2.15m in height in a space-saving manner and is ideal for storing vehicles or for daily vehicle use. In building projects, basement levels can be reduced to one saving time and money on the project.

The SingleVario 2061 installed for a private customer.

Two Parkers this time are used for parking the customer's sports cars above two other car spaces.
With a garage height in excess of 3.3m there was ample height to accommodate the Parkers.

The Parker only requires 3.2m of headroom to park standard height cars (each 1.5m high). If more height is available larger cars can be parked at each level.

SingleVario 2061

The SingleVario 2061 is the simple and inexpensive way to make two parking spaces out of one - and quite simply on top of each other. Suitable for garages with a height of 320 cm upwards.

The Premium Parker is installed without a pit and is extremely flexible. For example, it can be individually adapted to the available space and different vehicle heights at any time. This means that additional parking spaces can be created in existing buildings.

As usual with dependent parking, the lower parking space must be free to lower the platform for the upper car to be parked.

The platform of this Parker remains horizontal in the upper position making getting in and out of the car in the lower position more comfortable.

Our first SingleUp 2015 installation for a private customer.

Our customer required a Parker to fit his SUV and a standard car. The garage had limited headroom to fit both cars. This required the garage floor to be lowered.

The SingleUp 2015 only requires 2.9m of headroom but this will only park two standard height cars (each 1.5m high). In this case 3.05m of headroom was required to fit the SUV with a height of 1.65m and a standard car above it.

The customer saved money on buying a second garage and paid a fraction of the price of a new garage to buy the Parker.

SingleUp 2015

The affordable premium parker.

The SingleUp 2015 creates two parking spaces in a very small space.

The enormously space-saving SingleUp 2015 creates space for two vehicles in garages with a low height of only 290 cm. No pit is required for installation.

The Parker is therefore ideal for doubling the number of parking spaces in garages, e.g. in apartment blocks, in hotels or in the car trade to increase easily and inexpensively the number of car spaces. In the SingleUp 2015, vehicles park dependently - ie the lower parking space must be free before the platform for the 2nd car is lowered. Ideally, you should use the upper platform for long-term parking, e.g. vintage cars, staff cars etc. and the lower parking space for short-term parkers. With a little co-ordination between users, the upper platform can easily be used for short term parking if so desired.
