ABOUT US

Our dedication, passion and hard work transpires total commitment to our customers, providing vendors and end-buyers with a thorough, high quality service that adheres to their wishes and has all the checks and safeguards in place to provide total peace of mind for any sale, purchase or letting. ABOUT LETTING

Matching the most suitable properties to a tenant’s requirements, ensures we

continue to deliver a service to landlords and tenants that is unparalleled in Malta. We advise on the most appropriate rental rates based on our exceptional knowledge of the market environment. Most properties would include furniture, fittings and appliances. Water, electricity and TV are not included in the rental rate if it is a long term let i.e. five months and over. These expenses are borne by the lessee on a consumption basis. Landlords do not incur expenses in relation to their property, except the estate agent’s fee (usually half a month’s rent). It is accepted practice to lodge a sum equivalent to one month’s rent with the lessor as a deposit against breakages and outstanding bills. The deposit is refunded to the lessee upon the termination date of the lease, or offset against any pending bills or damages to the inventory as agreed between the parties. ABOUT Malta & Gozo

Apart from the hospitality and friendliness of the Maltese - probably inherited from their contact with foreign occupations throughout their colorful history - Malta boasts a number of other outstanding features that render it an ideal holiday, business and retirement destination. Not only does it offer attractive residency conditions, such as no property taxes, but it is also renowned for its low crime rate and safe life that affords fearless freedom at any hour of the day, or night. The environment is clean and communications good, the cost of living low and the economy thriving. A lower stamp duty than most other European countries; a tax rate of 15 per cent on remitted income only for foreign residents; and double taxation agreements with a number of countries are among the benefits Malta has to offer. British pensioners are free to transfer their pensions to Malta and, as regards medical conditions, they can benefit from a health agreement between Malta and the UK. An added bonus to those residing in Malta, it means hospitalisation and treatment charges are waived, or heavily reduced. Malta's entry in the European Union on the 30th May 2004 provides further benefits.
