Bookings for summer 2023 are open. Get a 15% discount on your total stay when booking 7 nights or more and 10% discount when booking 5 or 6 nights. Offer is available for up to 6 persons (+ 2 kids and infant requiring extra beds ) only and is valid till end of March

⛔ When renting no other "extra" guests will be allowed to stay during the rented period

⛔ No loud music and noises at all times - house is in a residential area - Respect Neighbours

⛔ Damage deposit taken at check in will include house cleanliness and also since house sits on a cliff edge we are finding rubbish and bottles that are being thrown beneath the railing - THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE - Waste bins are provided in each room dispose rubbish properly.

These must be complied with at all times as per MTA's regulations
