Bella Vista Holiday Apartments are Located on the outskirts of Mġarr. Surrounded by some of the most beautiful countryside of Malta, all Bella Vista apartments boast unobstructed breathtaking country views. Our holiday apartments and penthouses in Orion Court, Triq it-Tamar, Qawra are 5 minutes' walk from the seaside. All our properties are Well finished, tastefully decorated, roomy and clean. Served with lift. Our apartments can accommodate 2, 4 or 6 people. Some also have a sofabed, providing additional accommodation for 2 other guests. Each has a living area, a modern, fully equipped, fitted kitchen, 1 - 3 bedrooms, bathrooms, wifi, airconditioning and TV.

Malta is in for another spell of warm weather as a warm air mass from North Africa moves across the central Mediterranean.

🏜️ Fine desert dust could also bring hazy or milky skies and reduced visibility at times.

🍃 The good news? Fresher air is expected to arrive towards the weekend, bringing temperatures down and making things feel more comfortable.

🌧️ The not-so-good news? Rain is still keeping its distance, with no convincing signs of widespread rainfall over the coming days.

So, the forecast is looking warm and dusty ➡️ fresher ➡️ but still mostly dry.

October, we’re still waiting for that autumn rain! 🍂🌧️

⛪ Ever noticed that the Mġarr church dome looks a little different? 👀🇲🇹

The Parish Church of the Assumption is instantly recognisable thanks to its enormous elliptical, egg-shaped dome, a distinctive feature that makes it stand out on Malta’s skyline.

🌿 Villa Frere is reopening its doors! 🌿

The gardens will once again be open to the public on Sunday, 4 October, from 9:30am to 4:30pm.

Come and spend a morning or afternoon discovering one of Malta’s historic gardens, join one of our guided tours, and support the ongoing restoration of Villa Frere.

GUIDED TOURS
🌿 10:30am – English
🌿 12:30pm – Maltese

🌱 Plants and succulents for sale
☕ Refreshments available

🎟️ Entrance: €5 donation per adult
Children enter free.

All donations go towards the continued restoration and upkeep of the gardens.

🐾 Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times.
🚗 Ample parking available on site.

📍 Entrance through St Luke’s Hospital – follow the signs to Villa Frere.
