🔐 Enhancing Safety & Security
A security system installation was recently completed in a building comprising both a block of apartments and a garage complex, with the aim of enhancing safety and security for all residents.
📝 Prior to installation, Elaine consulted with various suppliers and presented four different quotations to both associations. Following due process, including adherence to the required two-thirds majority, the associations selected their preferred contractor.
🏢 In the apartment block, careful planning was carried out by Elaine together with Steve from Mediterranean Protection Installtion Ltd to avoid the need for additional manholes. Despite the considerable distance between the camera installation points and the power supply, cabling was carefully routed through the soffit via existing spotlight openings, maintaining a clean and unobtrusive finish.
🚗 Within the garage complex, cabling was installed in a clean and streamlined manner, ensuring a professional and high-quality finish throughout.
🛠️ Following the CCTV installation, Elaine also coordinated the installation of the selected manholes, ensuring they were properly covered to maintain a more aesthetic and uniform appearance in the common areas.
📢 In line with regulations, appropriate signage has been placed at all entrances, informing anyone accessing the premises of the presence of CCTV surveillance.
