The RE/MAX Malta Academy was set up in 2011 when the company realised that there was further need to enhance their educational programme. The company hired Mr Paul Vincenti, as their trainer on an Exclusive basis and thus Mr Vincenti role, together with Jeffrey Buttigieg, is to analyse the companies training needs and to create new training courses or to localise International training programmes for the Maltese market. Mr Vincenti has been training & coaching individuals and groups for over 17 years and today is a RE/MAX International speaker and trainer.
