IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PROPERTY OWNERS!

The Building Regulation Office (BRO) has decided to extend the deadline for the implementation of the Energy Performance Advertising Requirements (Subsidiary Legislation 513.01 of the Year 2012 of the LN376/12) which had been originally set for the 1st October 2017.
BRO would like to inform all interested parties that as from 1st March 2018, the necessary Energy Performance Advertising Requirements must be stated in all commercial media for any sale and rental advertisements.
