Requirements:

3) First Floor Maisonette with FULL airspace/roof (Max Budget €475,000). We don’t want anyone above us. Ideally, the block is between two, one groundfloor and First Floor Maisonette. Minimum plot size: 150sqm. We do not want a groundfloor maisonette.
