Looking for an internship in Malta where you’ll become part of the business?

At Bernards Real Estate, our interns don’t just observe. After a few weeks of structured introduction, you’ll take on your own responsibilities and work increasingly independently while always having the team around you when you need support.

We’re an independent boutique real estate agency based in St. Julians and have been working with international interns for more than 15 years.

What will you actually be doing?

Most of your internship will focus on the day-to-day real estate business. This includes searching for properties, contacting property owners, registering new properties, creating and publishing property listings and keeping our database up to date. And because real estate doesn’t just happen behind a desk, you’ll also join our agents on property viewings and get to see different properties and areas across Malta.

Social media is another part of the internship. You’ll help manage one of our accounts across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok reposting relevant content, keeping an eye on comments and creating your own content that fits the account. For this, you’ll also have the opportunity to get out of the office, explore different parts of the island and produce content on location.

AI tools? Absolutely. We encourage you to use them where they make your work smarter and more efficient.

You’ll also support us with the everyday running of the office. And no, that doesn’t mean making coffee.

Everyone joining our internship follows the same structured checklist and receives the same opportunity to learn the business. During your first weeks, we’ll show you the processes, tools and standards we use. From there, the goal is for you to become confident enough to handle many of your tasks independently.

We all work together in one shared office space. That makes communication quick and easy, and it means you naturally learn from what’s happening around you – whether that’s a conversation with a property owner, a new listing coming in or one of our agents preparing for a viewing.
