Salary: € 14.000 – € 17.000 annual
MINK Homes is a property management company in Malta offering property management services for short let properties to private homeowners in Malta. We are actively looking for an energetic property manager to support our growing team and property portfolio.
Our field of operations include marketing of our company and the properties we manage, onsite inspections & maintenance, client (homeowners) and tenant communication, maintaining and improving our network which exists of letting agencies, handymen and local authorities/institutions and sales of our services to homeowners.
As a Property Manager you should have an interest in solving tasks such as general hands on maintenance duties (for example changing lightbulbs or opening up for handymen and assisting them), shopping for inventory, good communication skills in English is a must and a valid driving licence. Ideally the property manager is willing to drive a scooter or motorbike to save time on traffic and parking. Your main responsibility would be to solve daily infield tasks and to report to resolutions accordingly. The Property Manager is to aid the administration team with office tasks and duties as well.
Salary can be negotiated depending on previous work experience and skills. Further salary increases are possible once the property manager is deemed suitable to step up to become a client account manager, being capable of managing a portfolio of properties.
REQUIREMENTS:
• You must be able to work in a multicultural environment. To ensure a safe workplace, we insist on respect for one another’s rights related to gender, age, religion, race, etc.
• English is the mandatory language in the office. You must be proficient in both speaking and writing.
• Valid driving license.
• Currently residing in Malta and is from the EU or holds a valid work permit.
• This position is based on a 40-hour workweek.
