We are seeking an experienced Accounts Clerk and Office Administrator who has a passion for client services is naturally detail-oriented and is looking to grow on this career path.
Responsibilities include:
Bank reconciliations.
Debtor chasing and updating account statements.
Posting and allocating funds received and issuing receipts.
Settling bills pertaining to ARMS, lift services, insurance etc for a number of different blocks.
Liaising with engineers, maintenance and lift companies.
Acquiring various quotations as needed and preparing adjudications.
Oversee the sorting and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.
Organising and updating the filing system.
Organising and confirming annual general meetings.
Any other duties required for the smooth operation of the office.
Handling the ordering and purchasing of general office supplies.
Requirements:
Must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Maltese, English and preferably Italian.
Be computer literate and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
Have a good attitude for working meticulously with strong organizational skills as well as having the ability to work on his / her own initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time-management skills.
Be a good team player and understands the necessity of keeping a dynamic working environment.
Attention to detail.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Experience in condominium administration will be considered an asset.
