It is beyond comprehension how the state wants to burden Tommy’s victims once again. The state is complicit. The state has enough information to know that this racket was going on but chose to ignore it.

The state gave this idiot a warrant, and secured his rate. The state is complicit and at the very least should not further hurt the injured parties.
