SAN LAWRENZ -This is a lovely, recently refurbished farmhouse, located in the village of San Lawrenz.
It is located within two minutes’ walk from the main square, where there is a restaurant (Tatitas Restaurant) and a small convenience shop which opens daily 6.00am to 12.00pm and 4.00pm to 7.00pm, except Saturday afternoon and Sunday. Further down the road, approximately within 500m there is the 5* Kempinski San Lawrenz Hotel, with a selection of restaurants. A further few meters down the road then there is the Crafts Village, and a Supermarket which opens daily 7.00am to 7.00pm and Sundays 8.00am to 13.00hrs.
This house is based on 3 floors.
On entering one finds a sitting area leading to dining area and the kitchen, having a dishwasher and all amenities. An LCD TV, cable connected, together with Wi-Fi are available.
A flight of steps lead to the outdoor area and pool, measuring approximately 15 feet x 10 feet and approximately 1.5m deep.
Stairs, indoors, lead to 1st floor where there are three bedrooms (two of which having an en-suite facility) and on the 2nd floor there is another bedroom, a washroom and roof/terrace area with the use of BBQ and having country views.
