Harenz Properties is a modern letting agency focusing on delivering the best service to the landlords and tenants. We offer two types of services to suit the needs of property owners. If you have a property to let, either short or long term, we would like to hear from you. If you own a property in Malta and live abroad, and would like us to manage holiday rentals, we can offer our service in this field as well. We will find the tenants, meet them at the property to show the place, keep in touch during their stay to make sure everything is ok and finally pick up the keys and check the property to make sure everything is left in order. We will also look after the cleaning in between the rentals and pay electricity / water / internet etc bills on your behalf.
