I start to believe in the benefits of cold water and what it does to your body. It gives you more power and focus and energy, burns body fat and is the calmest thing to do in the morning.

Yes it cold and yes I just got out of bed, but it doesn't matter. HOW BAD DO YOU WANT IT? Do you have what it takes to live the life of your dreams and overcome every obstacle in your way. You don't have to be great to start but you have to start to be great.

You know that feeling when you feel lost and not aligned with your goals and purpose? During hard times like this you should just take a step back. Take a step back and ask yourself what have done wrong and what can you do to make it better.

Small suggestion of what you should do when you are feeling like this. Grab a notebook and write down all your goals. Anything from what you want to do the next day to your "someday goals". Then after you wrote everything, take a deep breath and start writing down how you are going to achieve these goals. But most importantly and this has to be a strong one, write down your WHY. Because of your why is not strong enough, you will find every excuse to not do it...

He is my barber's bird. I go to cut my hair every 10 days and when he hears my whistle he starts to shout and calls me ALFREDOOO 😀😀 He's my best friend ever!!
