🏗️ **Another Successful Cast!**

Another successful concrete cast has now been completed, marking the end of the ground floor structure. With demolition, excavation, the basement, and the ground floor all successfully finished, construction is moving ahead at an impressive pace.

Our Għaxaq site, Azure Residence, is buzzing with activity! 🏗️

The infill of bricks has been completed, securing all balconies and terraces. Plastering, Marble Sills and M&E works have now reached the top floors. Water pressure tests done so the next milestone on site is tile laying.

These are always exciting stages of the project, as all the planning, design, and hard work begin to come together and take shape.

Meanwhile, at our Fgura Site - Urban Meadow, foundation works have officially commenced following the successful completion of demolition and excavation works.
