The founders Pierre and Carmela Azzopardi are the names behind real estate agency A and A. We are a relatively young company, having been established in October 2016, with the registered office located in the island’s capital at 15, Windmill Street, Valletta. Our services include property rental and sales from our sizeable database spanning the archipelago of the Mal
tese Islands. Being new to the industry doesn’t mean that we have less to offer! We have done our homework, and our prime objective is to exceed your expectations. We intend to step up the current service provided by all the other agencies out there. Our focus is primarily on administering a sterling service to each and every one of our clients. What separates us from our competition is that we will utilise online campaigns to acquire brand awareness and use market trends to apply other campaigns that will achieve the required amount of traffic. Each of our clients is assigned a personal agent who, together, will form a relationship to gauge the customer’s needs and desires. Various options are then vetted, and the ones that match the requested criteria are presented to the client. What also sets us apart from our rivals is our honesty.
