🍽 We’re hiring a Breakfast Chef
Join the opening team of an exciting new hotel concept in Gharb, Gozo 📍
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled breakfast-focused chef to lead breakfast service and develop a light lunch/afternoon tapas menu. The role requires strong organisation, consistency, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and execute breakfast service for hotel and external guests
• Develop and manage a simple, high-quality daytime menu
• Maintain clean stations, mise en place and food standards
• Work closely with our management team on product and presentation
• Oversee ordering and kitchen organisation during daytime hours
⏳ Schedule:
• Full-time
• 06:30 — 17:00
❗️ Requirements
• Previous experience in breakfast or daytime service
• Strong plating and organisation skills
• Reliable, professional work ethic
• Comfortable working independently
• Able to Speak and Understand Good English
