We are seeking a Construction & Finishes Project Manager to oversee our projects in Malta.
Main Responsibilities include the planning, ex*****on, and completion of construction projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Day to day responsibilities include coordinating project activities, managing resources, monitoring progress, procurement, ensuring compliance with company standards and monitor and ensure health & safety regulations are being followed.
You will be expected to possess:
• Strong skills in Construction & Finishing Project Management and general Project Management practices
• Proficiency in Project Coordination and the ability to oversee project planning and resources
• Knowledge and experience in Construction & Finishing Management practices, including compliance with safety and quality standards
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with teams, subcontractors and stakeholders
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
