We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The tasks of the office administrator will include bookkeeping and mentoring office assistants. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate office activities and operations

- Manage agendas/appointments etc..

- Manage phone calls and correspondence

- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures

- Create and update records and databases

- Track stocks of office supplies

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills

- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software

- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred

ACB Architects are looking for a Junior / Graduate Architect within their ever-growing multi-disciplinary firm. The selected candidate will be working on a range of project ranging from private to public clients delivering residential, commercial, urban and infrastructural schemes. You will be working within a hardworking and energetic team on a full-time / part-time basis. This position will require you to engage with clients, Planning Authority entities, consultants and building contractors.

Essential Skills:

Possess a postgraduate qualification in a field of architecture;

A good eye for detail, assertiveness, and confidence will be considered as important assets;

Good proficiency of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and 3D modelling software;

Local construction industry experience as a junior / graduate architect;

Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, in Maltese and English;

Be able to manage concurrent projects within the respective timeframes with moderate supervision.
