Notre Dame de La Salette: the catholic church namesake of the estate. ⛪🌿

Treasured for centuries, the church has taken care of the building and surrounding land. It is on this reverential soil that the foundations of 𝗟𝗮 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 are set and designed to replicate the peace and longevity of the area.

We would like to express our heartfelt thanks for the many expressions of sympathy we received following the demise of Maxime Fon Sing, Founder and Chairman of MaxCity Group.

He will be remembered as a man of vision, of great inner strengths who chose to lead a discreet life while inspiring many with his humanity, kindness and humility. His departure leaves a great void, but his legacy remains intact, for us to build upon in the coming years. This will be the most beautiful way of paying tribute to him.

It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing away of our Chairman, Maxime Fon Sing who died peacefully on 2nd November morning at the age of 87.

The demise of our Chairman and Founder is a moment of true sadness for the MaxCity family.

For more than 40 years, Maxime Fon Sing has been the driving force behind the MaxCity Group and has significantly contributed to the development of the real estate industry in Mauritius.

Today we remember a great man who laid the foundations of MaxCity and has left behind a powerful legacy of humility, simplicity and dedication. We pay tribute to his leadership, courage and values that he has transmitted and which characterise the DNA of the Group.

The MaxCity Team joins his wife, children and family in mourning his loss.
