Hardy Henry Services wishes to alert the public to a concerning situation. An unauthorised individual, wearing a Hardy Henry Services technician uniform, is reportedly visiting private homes as well as businesses and claiming to represent the company.

According to information reported to Hardy Henry Services, those concerned are often contacted by telephone before the visit. The Hardy Henry Services logo is also being used in communications via WhatsApp. This individual is offering and directly selling pest control products to members of the public as well as businesses. Hardy Henry Services strongly condemns these actions.

We want to make it clear that this individual is not mandated or authorised to act on behalf of Hardy Henry Services or to use the company’s name. We would also like to remind the public that Hardy Henry Services does not, and has never, sold pest control products directly to individuals or businesses through door-to-door sales or similar approaches.

This alert relates specifically to these unauthorised direct sales activities and does not affect professional services that have been scheduled and are carried out by authorised Hardy Henry Services technicians.

The products used as part of our professional pest control treatments must be handled with the utmost care, in accordance with strict procedures, and only by trained and authorised technicians. Hardy Henry Services provides professional pest control services carried out by its qualified teams, but does not sell these products to the public. This distinction is essential to protect the safety of individuals, families, pets and the environment.

Hardy Henry Services has already reported this matter to the relevant authorities. Despite these steps, the individual’s activities appear to be continuing. This statement is being issued to protect the public, our clients, our employees and the reputation of our company.

We urge any individual or business approached by a person claiming to sell pest control products on behalf of Hardy Henry Services not to purchase or handle these products, to refuse the individual access to their property, and to contact us immediately.

Selon les informations rapportées à Hardy Henry Services, les personnes concernées sont souvent contactées par téléphone avant la visite. Le logo Hardy Henry Services est également utilisé dans les communications via WhatsApp. Cet individu proposerait et vendrait directement des produits de pest control à des particuliers ainsi qu’à des entreprises.

Hardy Henry Services condamne fermement ces agissements.
