The final stretch at 2 Exchange Square.

Façade cleaning is underway, roads and external works are nearing completion, the underground parking is complete, and landscaping works will commence shortly. Across the site, teams are focused on the final works ahead of occupation.

2 Exchange Square will be ready for occupation by the end of October 2026. Availability is now limited to two full floor plates, with smaller office spaces also available on our multi-tenancy floor.

As part of our CSR initiatives, we supported École Père Henri Souchon – Oasis de Paix with the renovation of its computer room, helping to create a space where students can explore the digital world, develop new skills and discover new opportunities.

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of officially inaugurating the room alongside our partners at IT Solvz. Seeing the smiles, curiosity and enthusiasm of the students reminded us why initiatives like these matter.

As our Group CEO, Danny Fon Sing, shared with the students, technology is opening new possibilities every day. What matters is to remain curious, keep learning, dare to try and never let today's challenges define tomorrow's ambitions.
Our heartfelt thanks go to Mrs Monique Leung and the teachers, educators and staff of École Père Henri Souchon. Their daily commitment, patience and belief in these young people are what truly make a difference. We are grateful to play a small part in the journey they are helping to shape.

As Leon begins his well-earned retirement, we feel incredibly fortunate to have had him as part of the MaxCity family for five decades.
