We are searching for a detail oriented and organised person to support the coordination, monitoring and follow up of our projects across different sites.

The role includes working closely with internal teams, contractors and stakeholders to help ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with quality standards.

The ideal candidate should have 3 to 4 years of experience in facilities, construction or project coordination, good knowledge of project management tools, and strong communication skills.

A valid driving licence is mandatory.

A proud moment for EDITH and Lavastone Properties.

We recently received EDITH’s LEED O+M v4.1 Gold recertification certificate at the Lavastone Properties office.

This achievement means a lot to us, as it reflects the work, care and commitment of the team who continue to look after EDITH every day.

👉In 2022, EDITH achieved LEED Gold with 66 points.
👉In 2026, EDITH reached 77 points.

This progress shows that sustainability is something we keep working on, step by step.

Lavastone Properties is pleased to announce a major new commercial development in the region of Case Noyale - La Gaulette. A first prayer was held on site on 9 April 2026 to bless the land and all those involved in bringing this project to life.
