www.azuri.mu Azuri is a truly innovative concept conceived to provide the best lifestyle opportunities to residents, visitors, tourists and guests.

It is the first truly multi-cultural IRS project on the island - both mauritian ownership and foreign approved ownerships are truly reachable to as many people as possible. The developers have sought to develop a new village providing education, hospitality, leisure and commercial facilities built around luxury residences. Moreover, Azuri will provide a compelling and functional platform for the growth of a truly sustainable community. The project will be unlike any seen before in the Indian Ocean and will deliver:

- An ocean front village with world-class facilities and amenities

- A true year round open community that is part of Mauritius, not a fantasy world seperated by high security barriers

- Freehold ownerships on the ocean front (despite Mauritius having nearly 200km of coast line, only a very small percentage remains as freehold, rather than leasehold tenure)

- The first "affordably" focused IRS

- The first "integrated" IRS where mauritian values mix with international ambitions

- A proposed high quality primary and secondary school

- A superb landscaped environment and many activities on land and sea as well as a year round events calendar

- Automatic mauritian residency

- 5 star boutique hotel in the heart of the village

- Rental pool managed through an international hotel chain

- Professional development patnership

Located in Haute Rive, in the north eastern corner of the island (25 km from the capital city Port-Louis - a 35 minute drive), Azuri will be more than a vacation development - it is a vibrant and evolving community of both year-round residents and seasonal guests.
