Seems that the notices I placed on my buildings have shocked a few. Let me make it clearer:
1) A flat owner is not compelled to rent to anyone just because the person does not have a house or cannot find one.
2) it is not the flat s owner responsibility to give second chance to people with police criminal records.
3) the fact that your income is low and that you can't find a house at a reasonable price does not make it OUR problem and that we MUST rent to you.
4) we rather have the flat unoccupied than rent it to a bad payer or someone with criminal records or someone who will disturb the peace of other tenants.

We do not discriminate on race, colour, religion or personal orientation. We base ourselves solely on the value of the documents you provide showing that you can be considered as a tenant.

The price range for a one bed room flat is Rs 8,000 to Rs 10,000. We have more than 20 units availble and i intend to have them rented in the next 60 days.
