WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF AVALON...

Avalon Golf Estate was born, at the heart of a nature reserve between Bois Cheri and Bois Sec, and surrounded by ravines, mountains and vales. Bordering the tea plantation and covering some 550 acres, the estate includes an 18-hole international golf course to be accredited with the PGA, 5 rivers, a well laid out road network, residential areas and a superb Country Club with a breathtaking view of the Southern sea. This unique residential site provides a style for life to families, businessmen and foreigners, and an easy access to towns and business centres. Especially designed to cater for modern lifestyle needs, with security and respect for the environment, Avalon includes essential facilities such as children’s playgrounds, footpaths, jogging trails, cycling tracks and a golf practice range.
