*LODGE FOR SALE IN CAPE MACLEAR- MANGOCHI, MALAWI*
So the lodge has a total of 12 rooms
Out of these 12 rooms there are
- 2 family rooms with mezzanine’s that sleep 4 guest
- 2 double bedded rooms ( 2 guest)
- 1 triple room 3 beds
- 6 twin rooms ( all 2 guest )
All rooms have bar fridges , hairdryers, bathroom en- suite, hot water, mosquito nets,
Tv ‘s ( which presently not connected, but all working)
Fans
All have A/c but need servicing
There are 2 blocks one with 6 rooms lake facing the other block pool facing, each block has its garden
-There is a full block with
-bar and store room,
-Gift shop
- ladies and gents toilet
- table tennis area
- restaurant with fully equipped kitchen and small store room attached
- the restaurant can seat up to +- 50 guest
There is also a reception area on its own
Behind block 1 and 2 they both have own store rooms ( so 2)
And big parking area
There is another block which has 7 rooms
- 1 office
- 1 changing staff room
- 1 laundry room
- 3 shops ( street facing)
- 1 generator room, with a huge generator ( think 1000W) but it supplies the whole lodge with fridges A/c ect
There is also a swimming pool area
whirlpool bath area ( installed but pumped got damaged by floods ) just need to fix it
Next to whirlpool bath there is a room which was a massage room now empty
Also a beach volleyball area
The lodge is lake facing and after the floods we were the only lodge with a beach as we respected the water front rules
Behind the swimming pool there is an old 2 bedroom reed house with shower and toilet and own garden but needs fixing
