If you are planning to build a house in your rural village,

Do the following:

• Open a bank account. Call it "Project Development Account 2026."

• Write a plan. Use the Triple Constraint Theory in Project Management: BUDGET, TIME and SCOPE.

• Save 50% equivalent of your rent in the account, monthly for 15 months, eg, if your rent is 10,000, then, save 5,000 in that account every month.

• If you can't raise 50% equivalent of your rent to save, then you are living beyond your means. Look for a cheaper house.

• Get an architect and a draughtsman to design a house.

• Do research, consult, read about building and construction online. Travel beyond your comfort.

• Get a Quantity Surveyor to do feasibility and the cost of the project.

• At month 15, draw a budget and begin buying material for construction, eg Sand, Ballast, Stones and timber. Stick to the budget.

• At month 18, start building.

• Get a professional mason licensed by the National Construction Authority. Be present. Supervision by phone calls is disastrous.

• Be hands-on. Learn to do the masonry work alongside the mason. Mix the ballast. Lay the bricks. Be part of the team.

• Create a rapport and good relationship with a hardware. Let this hardware be the only place you will buy construction material.

• Don't live in government houses. Don't buy the so called "affordable houses."

Build your house, to your preference and taste.

Therefore, if you are intending to build, and you start planning today, then you should be building your house in 2026 March.

How to Know He loves you
One of the most technical questions had always been, "how do I know he or she truly love me?".
A man or woman might pretend to love you, but he or she can't hide the truth from you.
you might be confused or still hopeful even after seeing the signs or handwriting on the wall. I want to point out how to know if he or she truly love you.
someone that is caring in nature, might be still caring to you even though he or she doesn't love you.
I've seen a man that keeps more than 17 girlfriends, he takes care of them equally.
Any woman that comes in contact with him, will never want to leave him, why? Because he is too caring.
But does he truly love you?
I know of a guy that will be fetching water, cooking for a girl, being too romantic etc, but when once he sleeps with the girl, he varnishes.
A man being romantic is not a sign of love.
Then how do I know I am loved?
1; you tell a man, no to s*x, and he is not angry.
He doesn't try to emotionally blackmail or cajoled you into having s*x with him against your wish.
2; He advises you and tries building you positively.
3; He doesn't insult you or try to belittle you.
4; He respects women and never condemned or talk bad about his ex.
A man that truly love a woman can never talk bad about women.
5: He or she doesn't compare you with his or her ex, or still keep his or her ex as his or her best friend.
6; He doesn't criticize, condemn or shout at you when you do wrong, but advises or correct you respectfully.
7; He can't stop calling or texting you in the excuse of being too busy. He is always happy having you around.
8; she can't ask you for recharge card without calling you to say, "thank you".
9: she ask you for money, and you don't have, she can't insult you or try to belittle you.
She can only encourage and wish you good life
