AB Real Estate Cabo

The two owners are Michael Buchalter and Dieter Auerbach. Dieter Auerbach is a Mexican citizen who has lived in Cabo San Lucas for over 20 years. Michael Buchalter is an American citizen who has lived in Cabo San Lucas for over 14 years. Both Dieter and Michael have been buying and selling real estate for over 15 years in Mexico. They started their company due to the lack of service they experienced while buying and selling both personal and investment properties. They are committed to listing and selling properties for their true values not some inflated unrealistic value. We don’t inflate prices to get listings nor recommend properties that we don’t believe are good value for the money. Please allow us to earn your business. Sincerely Michael & Dieter.
