V., a legally chartered Mexican corporation, we now have an office with a staff of seven permanent employees and have developed strategic alliances with over a dozen key service suppliers as well as applicable public authorities. We are all committed to that original mission statement. From a few condos which we only managed, we now have over 50 quality homes which we manage and often promote in the rental market. Each one; selectively identified to meet our standards; not only our service is the best; our properties have to meet the same high standards. Each member of our team plays a specific role and has developed, through training and experience, a high level of specialization in their responsibilities. I have a states-side college degree and over 20 years in real estate sales and management. Being a hands-on manager myself, I expect the same trait in my staff and we provide our services with a strong customer orientation and an open, transparent style. We are dedicated to representing the best interests of our clients and have in-depth knowledge of the intricacies of business practices and protocols in Mexico.
